At Sobel at Home, we want you to experience the same luxury and comfort found in the world's finest hotels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused, unwashed linens or bedding in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
